Laughter Yoga is a fantastic way of keeping fit and healthy whilst having fun...

 

Laughter Yoga is based on the principal that your body benefits from laughing even when we pretend to laugh. As long as you are willing to laugh you will get the psychological and physiological benefits of laughter. The good thing is that in our Laughter Exercises the simulated laughter soon turns into genuine, deep and hearty laughter.

It is a combination of deep breathing techniques from Yoga and playful laughter exercises.

Our laughter workshop is a unique team building exercise that dissolves stress, tension and pressure in minutes.

It increases engagement levels and creates a healthy working environment, helping teams to communicate and work better together, and solving problems faster. Our general Laughter Yoga Workshop lasts approximately 40mins, ideal to fit into a lunch and learn session, but can be tailored to your time frame. The session can also be facilitated as a half/full day workshop containing informational components on workplace communication, stress managementresiliency, and of course a wide range of enjoyable activities.

 

Your staff will learn various techniques they can use in the workplace to relieve stress and much more… Participants don’t need any special clothing as the workshop won’t include any physical yoga exercises.

 

We’re able to provide laughter workshops virtually, at your premises (nationwide) or at a local venue.
