During this introductory seminar, we will teach the basics of emotional freedom technique for anxiety relief and your team will have sufficient knowledge to be able to use EFT confidently for everyday issues.

  • Learn the basics of how to use EFT, grading the severity of the issue, using the set-up statement and all the tapping points

  • Become familiar with how EFT came into being and it’s basis in acupuncture

Meditation helps to reduce worrying thoughts and bring about a feeling of balance, calm and focus that can benefit both emotional well-being and your overall health. And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.


Laughter Facilitation Skills


Laughter Yoga is based on the principal that your body benefits from laughing even when we pretend to laugh. Laughing yoga is a physical method of releasing pent up feelings and suppressed emotions by changing the breathing pattern. With laughter exercises and deep breathing one can let go of all emotions in the sub conscious mind. Prolonged hearty laughter provides a way to release fear and anxiety and improves mental health. “Twenty minutes of laughter is enough to expel feelings that have mounted for years, says Dr. Madan Kataria.


Using Hypnotherapy in the Treatment of Anxiety Session


Hypnotherapy allows us to reframe and release these automatic responses, replace them with more helpful ways to thinking, and ultimately, to reduce anxiety and stress instantaneously. Through hypnosis, you can begin to gain greater control over your response to triggers and stressful situations and empower the mind to be a better friend.

Your team will be able to listen anytime, anywhere and continue their anxiety relief experience at home. The downloads include body scans, mindful breathing, bedtime relaxation, guided visualisations, meditation and hypnotherapy to help reduce stress, anxiety relief, improve sleep quality and relaxation.
