Meet others in similar situations in this supportive and confidential group and learn how to release difficult emotions gently. Learn simple tapping sequences and self hypnosis, that you can use yourself to feel better when emotions threaten to overwhelm you.
If you are struggling, for whatever reason, you are definitely not alone. Feel free to join us for one session or weekly on a Sunday at 8pm.
It's FREE to join us and everyone is welcome, although pre-booking is essential.
