FREE Anxiety Tribe Support Group for those coping with fear and stress
We have created a safe space - where Wendy our Hypnotherapist can share her skills and knowledge to help support you with your day today anxieties and stresses.
Meet others in similar situations in this supportive and confidential group and learn how to release difficult emotions gently. Learn simple tapping sequences and self hypnosis, that you can use yourself to feel better when emotions threaten to overwhelm you.
If you are struggling, for whatever reason, you are definitely not alone. Feel free to join us for one session or weekly on a Sunday at 8pm via Zoom. Restarting after the summer holidays on Sunday 6th September 2020.
It's FREE to join us and everyone is welcome, although pre-booking is essential.
