👉 Start in a standing position.

👉 Clasp both hands behind your pack.

👉 Slowly move your arms up, while pushing out your chest.

👉 You'll feel the stretch in your chest.

👉 Now move your head back so your face is facing the sky.

👉 Hold for 30 seconds.
