4 Essential Oils You May Like... Essential oils not only smell great, they have proven benefits as well! Here are 4 that you might find beneficial during lock down (and beyond). You can pick these up at most health food shops and pharmacies online. Top left: Rosemary. This is an invigorating oil that helps to clear the mind, improve concentration and lift the spirits. This is ideal if you work from home and would like a boost to your day. Open the bottle and take a few long deep breaths in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Top right: Lemon. This is another uplifting, energizing and refreshing scent. This is a good one to use in the morning. Open the bottle and take a few nice deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth for an instant pick me up. Bottom left: Lavender. This is known the world over as a fantastic sleep aid. This is used in soaps, sprays, pillows and more, for its calming and sleep inducing properties. Inhale the lovely scent before bed, or pop a drop into a body cream and massage over your chest and upper arms before bed. Bottom right: Jasmine. This is known for its mood enhancing and uplifting effects. It's also used as an aphrodisiac.
