How to recreate a Spa Eye Therapy Treatment...with a sock!

What you need:

1 clean sock

1/2 cup uncooked rice

I tissue

1 drop of Lavender essential oil

👉 Put the rice in the sock and use a clip to close and secure the end. Or, you can sew it up.

👉 Place the tissue around the sock.

👉 Pop one drop of Lavender oil onto the tissue (the side that won't be touching your skin).

👉 Place over your eyes and relax for 15 minutes. Take some nice long deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

👉 The weight from the rice will gently push down on your eye feels very relaxing.

This is ideal to do at night as Lavender has relaxing and sleep inducing properties.💤
