I'm always advising clients to practice mindful breathing for dealing with stressful situations, to balance their emotions... for so many things-mindful breathing just brings our body back into the present moment, where there is nothing but perfection.
When you feel stressed, anxious or triggered, try this:
🧘🏼♂️ Stop what you are doing
🧡 Take 3 deep inhalations through your nose, exhalations through your mouth.
This breaks the circuit causing the stress.
🧡 Take responsibility for the feeling inside of you.
🧡 Ask your self/heart/intuition what it is that you really need to do, say or be in that moment.
🧡 If you can, act on that clarity you receive.
