Ours looks different each week. Informed by how much of ourselves we have given to others, we recharge ready to give again.
Sometimes what we need is to get outside and be active, other times it's staying in our PJs all day and binging on Netflix or reading a good book.
Self-care isn't all spa days and pampering (although who doesn't love a spa day!?) it's making a conscious effort to put yourself first, addressing your own needs on a regular basis in order to maintain resilience.
