Soothing face mask for dry and sensitive skins...

Try this if your skin's feeling dry or sensitive...

Did you know...? Oats are used in may skin care products for their soothing and calming abilities.

In a bowl mix:

1 tablespoon of porridge oats (you want to break these down so you have a powder. You can use a pestle and mortar, food processor or knife on a board to do this).

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of yoghurt

👉 Cleanse and dry your face

👉 Apply the mask to your face

👉 Lie down with it on for 15 minutes

👉 Use a warm facecloth/ micro fiber cloth to remove it

👉 Apply your serum & moisturizer
