An invigorating coffee scrub for the face and body...
💚 Peppermint is used in many products and it leaves the skin feeling invigorated and tingly.
1-2 tablespoons of coffee grounds
1-2 tablespoons of coconut or olive oil
1 drop of peppermint essential oil
Face: Massage into your skin, using light pressure. Avoid the eye area. Use your fingertips and work from your neck up to your forehead. Rinse off with warm water and a facecloth.
Body: Massage into your skin with a firm pressure. This is helpful for areas where you have ingrown hairs e.g post shaving or waxing. Rinse off in the shower.
Note: Be careful when using essential oils. And avoid the eye area.
