What to do:
Half fill a large bowl/ tub/bucket with warm water.
Add a couple of drops of Lavender oil and or Lavender flower heads.
Sit down and place both feet into the water.
Take some deep breaths in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
Relax for as long as you like, concentrating on your breathing.
This is recommended before bed.
